Industry Experts join Infinia, Contribute to its Global Growth Published-Apr 17, 2017
Infinia Services and Solutions, a UAE based payment and loyalty solutions company, has appointed four industry experts to lead its endeavors in various global markets. With a strong presence already established in the Middle East and Africa region, the company is working towards a prominent global presence, particularly in South East Asia.  Its new management structure underlines efforts to achieve market success globally by providing solutions based on market-relevant strategies. 

The New Appointees 
Jean-Marc Dallaire has been appointed as the Regional Director, Market Development for South East Asia, heading Infinia’s growing presence in the region. Peter Goldberg will lead market development as the Country Head Indochina - Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. Jendrawan Sukria will take on the leadership role to expand infinia’s business in Indonesia. Vivek Grover will look into the market development for the Middle East, South Asia and East Africa regions.

Jean-Marc Dallaire has a breadth of experience spanning over 30 years in finance, marketing and new business development across retail, financial services and payments sectors. He has held progressive roles at Eko-Pay Inc., Scotiabank and Sears Canada. Jean-Marc successfully recommended and implemented many large-scale projects, including; loyalty programs, the creation of Sears Canada Bank, the conversion of Sears’ 12 million credit cards portfolio from a legacy credit billing platform to the TSYS credit card management system, the launch and management of the Sears MasterCard portfolio and creation of the Sears Club Partners Program. He has built a new unsecured lending and payments business for Thanachart Bank in Thailand. He is now actively engage in deploying unique and disruptive new loyalty and payment ecosystems, specifically in South-East Asia.

Peter Goldberg brings over 15 years of valuable financial services experience including leadership roles at both international and local institutions. He holds a mix of expertise in Product, Marketing and Finance and has a deep understanding of the key business drivers and customer interactions critical for success in today’s retail banking environment. Peter holds a successful track record applying new strategies to refocus and grow credit card and personal loan portfolios in the highly competitive Asian markets. To name a few, he has served as the Business Head at Thanachart Bank in Thailand, led the Retail Bank’s Finance Team at HSBC Thailand and led the Portfolio Marketing team at Citibank in Japan.

Jendrawan Sukria holds over 14 years of professional experience, having held senior positions in the field of sales and marketing in the banking, retail and payment industry. As one of the leaders in Bank Mandiri Credit Cards, he built the Co-Brand products with Visa, MasterCard Titanium, and was responsible in elevating the EverydayCard as a market leader. Jendrawan was the Group Head for JCB Indonesia where he grew the business by bringing in five banks, namely, Maybank, BNI, CIMB Niaga, BRI and Bank Mandiri; thereby expanding the cards portfolio to over 300,000 premium cards with nearly 100% merchant acquiring acceptance. He has also built the JCB team in Jakarta and Surabaya.

Vivek Grover brings over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development & Relationship Management, specializing in Consumer Loyalty, Commercial Alliances & Payment Solutions. He has been part of core teams to spearhead businesses in three start-ups, Loyalty & Payment Solution verticals, in the last 9 years. Vivek has been instrumental in devising and executing multiple strategies across Loyalty & Payments businesses with key focus on merchant acquisition and has successfully created a network of more than 45,000 merchants in multiple markets. He has set up end-to-end merchant funded programs, acquired and managed more than 100 brands with over ten thousand retail outlets for issuance and acceptance of Loyalty Points for Asia’s Largest Public Sector Bank, setting up travel merchant network of 35,000 merchants accepting micro-payment via mobile app to name a few.
